The elegant secluded manor, an estate which dates from the 16th century, is your perfect escape from the bustling city life and a supremely comfortable place to stay, whether you are here on business, attending a family celebration or relaxing on a holiday.
The various estate buildings are carefully renovated in a way to retain the historical authenticity, with steep narrow staircases, wooden floorboards and handsome facades, while all of them have obtained new functions and are equipped with all the modern conveniences – the original landlords would undoubtedly be astonished at some of the wizardry!
Above all, Vihula will enchant you with its atmosphere and picture-perfect location. The slow-moving Mustoja River snakes around the manor park with the majestic trees and luscious greenery, before gradually broadening into a lily-covered
pond with small islands and lovely wooden bridges. At the far end, a weir beside an old mill lends these enchanted gardens a magical, echoing sound of rushing water...
